Champions Martial Arts & Fitness by Keith Cooke Hirabayashi is a school dedicated to empowerment with self-esteem, fitness, and life skills. Champions opened in 1994 and has served the Brentwood community for over 20 years. Mr. Cooke has won over 15 titles, including 6 time National Championships and is a 5-time World Champion.
About
Our studio offers a range of quality classes for all levels and ages. Children can start as young as 3 1/2 years old and train through their teen and adult years. As they advance they learn to work with weapons such as staff and nun chuks. We also offer fantastic fitness and kickboxing classes for adults throughout the week.

Schedule
We offer kids’ classes starting at 3pm during the week and 11 am on Saturdays. We offer adult fitness classes every day from 6 am - 9:30 am and adult martial arts and fitness in the evenings M - F starting at 6pm and on Saturday afternoons. Come eat pizza, play games and do an obstacle course in the karate school.
BRING A FRIEND WEEK
Show your friends your karate moves and get them excited about taking karate classes with you. Bring a friend to YOUR karate class.
BIRTHDAY PARTIES
Let us host your child’s birthday party. We provide the facility, karate class, demonstrations and lots of fun. You bring the food and we do the rest.
