Little Dragons Program

3-5 year olds

Little Dragons meet once a week for ½ hour session. It is designed for 3-5 year olds. Our program focuses on strong karate basics along with coordination and concentration while having a great time. Our interactive and individualized instruction creates the optimum environment for learning.  All of our exercises have been carefully designed to help develop hand-eye coordination and motor skills.  Your child’s confidence grows every time something new is learned.Through our philosophy of positive reinforcement, your child will develop the security and confidence to thrive in new situations. Our Little Dragons are well equipped to do their very best in school and in life.  Your child will earn stripes for attendance, achievement and good behavior.

 

Kids Program

6 -8 years old

Students are required to attend classes at least twice a week. More movements and techniques, which involve memorization and discipline, are introduced which need to be practiced more than just once a week.  Our instructors will guide your child towards greater balance, confidence, and self-esteem. Over time, students will begin to feel and understand the benefits of the martial arts.

Juniors Program

9 -15 years old

Our Juniors Program encompasses the same basic structure as the kids program with continued focus on physical and mental discipline. In addition, goal setting and character development skills are emphasized. Using innovative methods and just the right amount of fun, we teach our Juniors life skills and physical skills that will benefit them now and as they grow into adults. We emphasize non-violent conflict resolution and teach children to recognize and avoid lures and threats.  Our curriculum is designed to ensure that children are prepared – mentally and physically – to neutralize physical threats

Teen/Adult Program

16+

Our Teen/Adult Program teaches life skills that strengthen the mind body and spirit. We build the indomitable, we develop committed martial artists. The balance of fitness and understanding create a mental and physical relationship making our students better equipped to deal with life’s great challenges.

 

 

Extracurricular Activities

These enrichment classes include weapons training such as the staff and nun chuks, tournament training, self defense and Jui Jitsu.
